Cover Finishing
We strongly advise that you add a lamination to prints that are needed to last a long time and reduce fading. Lamination increases a print's lifespan and enhances printed colours. It also minimises ink transfer and scuffing.
Paper weights of 170gsm or higher can be laminated, and lighter paper will curl.
Matte: An elegant choice, popular especially amoung editorial design projects. It's smooth to the touch and gives prints a professional look.

Fold Types

Single Fold The humble single fold is made by folding a printed page in half. After folding it consists of four panels, two on the front and two on the back, it lends itself nicely to storytelling and
Z-Fold/Concertina Fold This type of fold offers three sections of this brochure are folded alternately, forming a fan or zigzag fold. The panels give a total of 6 printed pages. Z fold brochures are ideal for those who plan to insert the prints in envelopes.
Letter/Roll-Fold These brochures typically consist of three or more panels that gradually unfold, revealing one panel at a time. This unique folding style makes roll fold brochures particularly effective for storytelling or guiding the reader through a step-by-step process that ends with a call-to-action.
Gate Fold The gate fold features two creases are added at equal distances horizontally along the sheet, creating two flaps which can be folded out to reveal a central section in the middle. This you can really maximise the amount of space available to you by treating each of the sections - including the back as a new page, with new information. This is a versatile style which is ideal for menus or documents which feature lists or columns.
